AIGC Use Policy

Scope

This AIGC Use Policy applies to all AI-generated content created with Couple Goals AI, including uploaded photos, prompts, reference images, and generated outputs.

Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to generate, upload, or share content that falls into any of the following categories:

1. Sexually explicit / NSFW content — pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material involving real or AI-generated individuals.
2. Violence and gore — graphic depictions of violence, mutilation, torture, death, or gratuitous blood and injury.
3. Hate speech and harassment — content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content involving minors in a sexual context, including AI-generated or simulated depictions. We report all identified CSAM to relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation — face-swaps, voice cloning, or impersonation content involving real people without their explicit consent.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, artworks, or trademarks.

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to block any prompt or output that violates our terms, even if it does not fall neatly into one of the above categories.

Reporting Channel

If you believe a generated image or user submission violates this policy, report it to support@couplegoalsai.com.

Please include:

• Your account email
• The image or task link, if available
• A brief description of the issue
• Any screenshots or supporting evidence

Content Moderation

We use automated safety checks before generation to block or flag policy-violating prompts. When a report is received, we review the reported content, investigate the associated account or task, and take action based on severity and context.

Possible actions include:

• Content removal
• Blocking the generation request
• Account warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent termination for repeated or severe violations

Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, reply to the original support thread with any additional context. We will re-review the case when appropriate.
