Photo Upload and Processing

When using our AI couple photo generation features, You may upload photos that include human faces. You must only upload images that you own or are authorized to use, including explicit permission from any identifiable person where required by law. These images are used solely to provide the requested Service outputs.

Data Handling

Uploaded images are temporarily stored on our servers for processing
Original uploaded photos are automatically deleted shortly after the photo is generated
We do not use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models
Generated images are stored for 30 days (or longer based on your plan) so you can download them
Free plan images are stored for 3 days
In some cases, the images may be shared with trusted third-party AI rendering providers who are contractually bound not to retain or misuse any data

By using the upload feature, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the images and consent to this limited and temporary processing.

Depending on the specific model or feature you select within the Service, your data may be processed by providers including but not limited to APIMart and other AI model providers. Our current couple photo generation flow uses Google Gemini 3.1 Flash (Nano Banana 2) as the underlying image model.

We only share the minimum necessary information required for content generation, specifically: user-provided photos, template selections, and style preferences.

Data Minimization & Anonymization

We do not share sensitive personal identifiers, such as your account ID, email address, or real name with these third-party AI processors. All data transmitted for AI processing is de-identified where technically feasible to protect your privacy.

Content Restrictions

To maintain a safe, ethical, and responsible platform, we have established the following content restrictions for all users of our AI-generated content website. These restrictions apply to any content generated, uploaded, or shared on our platform.
