Welcome to Couple Goals AI, an AI-powered couple photo generator platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using our website at https://couplegoalsai.com/ (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Site and the Service provided by Couple Goals AI ("we," "us," or "our").

Couple Goals AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or the creators of Gemini.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Service.

AI Model Disclosure

Our couple photo generation service currently uses Google Gemini 3.1 Flash (Nano Banana 2) or OpenAI GPT Image 2 as the underlying image models, depending on your selection. Requests may be routed through third-party infrastructure providers for delivery and failover, depending on your model selection. GPT Image 2 requests are processed through Kie; model branding does not mean we send your photos directly to OpenAI.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

Couple Goals AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for applicable purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use any automated system, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Site or the Service.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload photos or content unless you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use them.
Create, request, or distribute deepfakes, face-swaps, or impersonation content involving real people.

Acceptable Use Policy

You must use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

Adult sexual content, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation, or any NSFW content.
Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or any content that endangers minors.
Violent, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
Terrorist, extremist, or illegal activity facilitation.
Deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media involving real persons.
Uploading or processing another person's image without explicit permission.

User Content

Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content, including photos and generated images, that you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service.

License to Couple Goals AI

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Couple Goals AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, moderate, and support the Service, process your requested outputs, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, generate, or share any User Content that:

Is misleading, false, or inaccurate.
Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Depicts or promotes pornography, excessive violence, terrorism, extremist activities, or sensitive political content.
Involves deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media involving real people.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and likeness rights).
Includes any unsolicited promotions or solicitations.
Shares personal details of others without their explicit consent.
Could endanger or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content.
Contains any form of malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Is deemed, in our sole judgment, inappropriate or disruptive to other users' experience, or poses potential harm or liability to us or others.

To ensure a safe environment, Couple Goals AI employs systems to detect and restrict prohibited content. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions against any Account or User Content involved in illegal production or policy violations, including content removal and account termination.

Content Public Visibility

Our Service allows you to generate photos ("Generated Content") from the materials you upload or submit, such as images ("User Submissions"). By default, your Generated Content is private and only accessible to you.

If we introduce public sharing features in the future, any files or content you choose to make public will be governed by additional terms at that time.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Couple Goals AI Content

All intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service, and any content provided by Couple Goals AI, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Couple Goals AI or its licensors. You are granted no rights or licenses in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.

User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Couple Goals AI regarding the Service ("Feedback") will be the exclusive property of Couple Goals AI. You hereby assign all rights in the Feedback to Couple Goals AI and agree that Couple Goals AI is free to use such Feedback without any compensation to you.

Payment and Subscription

Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. Couple Goals AI reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time upon notice to you.

Billing

Payments for the Service are processed by one or more third-party payment providers, which may include Creem (as merchant of record for eligible transactions), PayPal, Stripe, and other authorized payment partners. The payment provider shown at checkout is the provider for your specific transaction. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider and us (as applicable) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Refunds

All fees paid for the Service are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account's subscription settings. After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing period, which is non-refundable except where required by law.

No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or subscription downgrades, except where required by law.

Credit System

Credits

The service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits based on quality settings:

Standard quality: 2 credits per image
HD quality: 4 credits per image

Generation Credits

Generating images uses credits. Credit packs and subscriptions are listed on the Pricing page. Existing credits remain subject to the terms under which they were granted and are non-transferable.

Credit Expiration

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credit pack purchases do not expire.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Couple Goals AI

Couple Goals AI may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Couple Goals AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couple Goals AI disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated images may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific quality or accuracy of generated images.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couple Goals AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Couple Goals AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Couple Goals AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Couple Goals AI regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Couple Goals AI.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Couple Goals AI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Couple Goals AI. Couple Goals AI may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

Refund Policy

Introduction

At Couple Goals AI, we aim to provide a reliable service and fair billing practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how we process approved refunds.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund returns a payment already charged to your original payment method.

Billing errors (for example, duplicate or incorrect charges)
Unauthorized charges
Technical failures that prevent delivery of paid core features
Non-delivery of the purchased subscription or credits

Credit-Specific Rules

Refund requests for subscription credits must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the charge.
If more than 50 subscription credits have been used, that charge is not eligible for refund except where required by law.
Add-on credits (credit packs) are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in billing-error or non-delivery cases.

Review Timeline and Processing

We will acknowledge your request as soon as possible.
We provide an initial response within 3 business days of receiving a refund request.

After approval, payment processors may take 5-10 business days to post funds.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel from your billing settings:

AIGC Use Policy

Scope

This AIGC Use Policy applies to all AI-generated content created with Couple Goals AI, including uploaded photos, prompts, reference images, and generated outputs.

Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to generate, upload, or share content that falls into any of the following categories:

Sexually explicit / NSFW content — pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material involving real or AI-generated individuals.
Violence and gore — graphic depictions of violence, mutilation, torture, death, or gratuitous blood and injury.
Hate speech and harassment — content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content involving minors in a sexual context, including AI-generated or simulated depictions. We report all identified CSAM to relevant authorities.
Deepfakes and impersonation — face-swaps, voice cloning, or impersonation content involving real people without their explicit consent.
Copyright and trademark infringement — content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, artworks, or trademarks.

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to block any prompt or output that violates our terms, even if it does not fall neatly into one of the above categories.

Reporting Channel

Content Moderation

We use automated safety checks before generation to block or flag policy-violating prompts. When a report is received, we review the reported content, investigate the associated account or task, and take action based on severity and context.

Possible actions include:

Content removal
Blocking the generation request
Account warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent termination for repeated or severe violations

Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, reply to the original support thread with any additional context. We will re-review the case when appropriate.

AIGC Compliance Disclosure

Model Disclosure

Our current couple photo generation service uses Google Gemini 3.1 Flash (Nano Banana 2) or OpenAI GPT Image 2 as the underlying image models, depending on your selection.

Safety Controls

Before generation, prompts are checked by our automated content safety flow using Waffo Prompt Sift. This system scans for prohibited content across all six categories detailed in our AIGC Use Policy — NSFW content, violence, hate speech, CSAM, deepfakes, and copyright infringement. We maintain semantic analysis (enforce mode) to catch ambiguous or borderline prompts that keyword-only filters might miss.

We also maintain a public reporting channel and moderation workflow through our AIGC Use Policy.

Data Handling

We only share the minimum data required to generate your requested image, such as uploaded photos, scene selections, and prompt text. We do not use uploaded photos to train our own AI models.

Updates

If our underlying model changes, we will update this disclosure to reflect the current production model.

Couple Goals AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
